Before dispatch: You may request cancellation before the order is dispatched. If we accept, we will refund as described below.

After dispatch – defective, damaged, or wrong item: Email ampsbook@gmail.com within 7 (seven) days of delivery with order ID and clear photos. We will verify and, if valid, offer replacement or refund as appropriate.

After dispatch – change of mind: For sealed printed books, we generally do not accept returns solely for change of mind once dispatched, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Any exception will be stated on the product page or confirmed in writing.

Digital / downloadable products (if offered): Delivery may be deemed complete when access or download is made available. Refunds are limited to cases allowed by law and any terms shown at purchase.

Refund method & time: Approved refunds are made to the original payment method where possible, within approximately 7–14 business days after approval, depending on banks or payment gateways.

Chargebacks: Please contact us first so we can resolve the issue.

Statutory rights: Nothing in this Policy limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable Indian law.

Timelines: Estimated delivery dates are indicators, not guarantees, unless we state a guaranteed date in writing. Delays may occur due to courier load, weather, strikes, remote locations, or other events outside our control.

Address: You are responsible for correct and complete delivery details. Extra charges or failed delivery due to wrong/incomplete addresses may be your responsibility.

Risk & title: Risk of loss or damage to physical goods passes as permitted by applicable law (typically upon handover to the carrier unless the law requires otherwise).

Non-delivery: If tracking shows non-delivery or excessive delay, contact ampsbook@gmail.com with your order ID; we will assist per courier rules and this Policy.
